The recommended duration is 3 months. You can move and regulate a lot within three cycles! I want as many people as possible to be able to afford Cycle Care. Though his love for eccentric healing methods was somewhat restrained, his deep knowledge of herbs was passed down through my father and continues to benefit me to this day. My father is a physician. My great-grandmother was her village's oracle, solving all sorts of issues with the Chinese Book of Changes, the Yi Jing.

Pono is the Hawaiian word for what is rightful, not in a moral sense, but in the sense of a forward motion into a transformed, positive outcome. The practice of Ho'oponopono teaches how to close a circle while staying in your own orbit, without compromising your integrity.
In my work with East Asian medicine, the focus lies in tuning each person’s unique balance in order to carry the process of unfolding and restoring one's personal sovereignty.
